Rifaxum 400 MG Tablet 10 contains a single active ingredient: Rifaximin (400 mg). The ways that rifaximin works on the body are as follows:

• Inhibits Bacterial RNA Synthesis: Rifaximin works by blocking the process that bacteria use to make their proteins, effectively stopping the growth of E. coli bacteria causing diarrhoea.
