Testosterone Decanoate (100 Mg) + Testosterone Isosproate (60 Mg) + Testosterone Phenyl Propionate (60 Mg) + Testosterone Propionate (30 Mg)

RETESTO INJECTION 1ML is used to treat male hypogonadism, where the body does not make enough testosterone. It replaces the missing testosterone to relieve symptoms linked with low levels, such as low sex drive, tiredness and mood changes.

It contains testosterone, a male sex hormone (androgen). It is given as an injection into a muscle by a healthcare professional, and the dose and how often it is given are decided by your doctor based on your needs and blood tests.

Keeping up regular reviews and blood tests with your doctor helps check your testosterone levels, blood count and prostate health during treatment.

Tell your doctor about any prostate or breast cancer, or heart, liver or kidney problems, before starting, and about other medicines you take. This medicine is not for use in women, and must be avoided in pregnancy. Report swelling, chest pain, breathlessness, or difficulty passing urine.

Uses of RETESTO INJECTION 1ML are:

Male Hypogonadism: Treats low testosterone in men, easing symptoms such as low sex drive, tiredness and mood changes.
Hormone Replacement: Helps restore testosterone to a healthier level under medical supervision.

RETESTO INJECTION 1ML should be administered exactly as directed by your doctor.\
It is usually administered by a healthcare professional.

RETESTO INJECTION 1ML is administered as an intramuscular injection.

RETESTO INJECTION 1ML may cause some side effects during or after treatment; these are usually mild and managed by your care team. If side effects persist or worsen, tell the healthcare team.

Breastfeeding

Alcohol

Excessive alcohol intake may worsen hormonal imbalance and reduce overall treatment effectiveness.

Liver

Patients with liver disorders should use RETESTO INJECTION 1ML cautiously, as prolonged androgen therapy may worsen certain liver conditions or alter liver function tests.

Kidney

Patients with kidney impairment should use RETESTO INJECTION 1ML cautiously, as testosterone therapy may cause fluid retention, oedema, and worsening of underlying kidney-related complications.

Use In Driving And Operating Machinery

RETESTO INJECTION 1ML generally does not affect the ability to drive or operate machinery. However, avoid such activities if you feel unwell after administration.

Allergy

Children
