Proxidom 250 Tablet 10 is a combination medicine used to treat and prevent migraine headache attacks and associated symptoms such as severe throbbing head pain, nausea, and vomiting.
It contains naproxen (a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine that reduces pain and inflammation) and domperidone (an antiemetic that controls nausea and vomiting). Take it at the first sign of a migraine attack as directed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably with food or milk to reduce stomach irritation.
Identifying and avoiding personal migraine triggers—such as irregular sleep, stress, skipped meals, bright lights, or specific dietary items—can help reduce the frequency of migraine attacks.
Before taking this medicine, inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, liver or kidney disease, high blood pressure, or heart conditions. It is not recommended during the third trimester of pregnancy.
