Cimenza Tablet 10 is used to manage symptoms of vertigo and motion sickness, such as nausea, vomiting and dizziness. It is a combination medicine containing an antihistamine and a calcium channel blocker.
It helps restore inner ear balance and stability in people with balance disorders. Take it orally with meals to reduce stomach discomfort, in the dose, frequency and duration prescribed by your doctor, and continue it for as long as advised to prevent recurring dizzy spells.
Avoid sudden head movements, sit in the front seat while travelling, focus on a fixed object and stay well rested.
Before starting, tell your doctor if you have glaucoma, severe liver or kidney problems, urinary retention or Parkinson's disease, and about all other medicines, supplements or herbal products you take. It may cause drowsiness. Ask your doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Follow the prescribed dose, frequency and duration, report persistent or serious side effects, and do not stop the medicine unless your doctor advises you to do so.
