Naprostrong D 250 Tablet is used to treat and reduce the severity and frequency of migraine headaches, controlling migraine-related nausea and vomiting, and is also used for other pain conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and gout.

Uses of Naprostrong D 250 Tablet are:

• Migraine: Reduces the severity and frequency of migraine headaches.
• Migraine-Related Nausea and Vomiting: Controls these common migraine symptoms.
• Other Pain Conditions: Offers relief from pain linked to rheumatoid arthritis and gout.

Follow these instructions while taking Naprostrong D 250 Tablet 10:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Avoid crushing or chewing the tablet.
• You can take this medicine with or without food, as per your preference.
• Try to take the medicine at the same time each day to maintain consistent levels in your body.
• Always remember not to exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.

Naprostrong D 250 Tablet 10 is taken orally.

Naprostrong D 250 Tablet 10 consists of two active ingredients:

• Domperidone (10 mg): As an antiemetic medication, domperidone works by blocking dopamine receptors in a specific area of the brain known as the chemoreceptor trigger zone (CTZ). This action helps reduce feelings of nausea and vomiting. Additionally, domperidone enhances the movement of food through the stomach and upper intestine which prevents reflux.
• Naproxen (250 mg): This NSAID has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and fever-reducing properties. Naproxen works by inhibiting an enzyme called cyclooxygenase (COX). This enzyme is involved in producing prostaglandins - chemicals responsible for pain, inflammation, and fever. By reducing prostaglandin production, naproxen effectively manages these symptoms associated with migraines.

• Store Naprostrong D 250 Tablet 10 at room temperature, ideally below 25°C.
• Keep it in a dry place, away from excessive light and moisture.
