Prax A 75 Capsule contains two active ingredients:

This enzyme plays a crucial role in the production of thromboxane A2, a substance that promotes platelet aggregation, leading to clot formation. • Prasugrel (10 mg): Prasugrel is another potent antiplatelet agent. It is actually a prodrug, meaning it becomes active only after being metabolised within your body. Once activated, prasugrel blocks the P2Y12 component of ADP receptors on the surface of platelets in your blood stream. This action inhibits platelet activation and aggregation, further reducing the chances of clot formation.
