Prasita-A Capsule has two active ingredients:

• Aspirin (75 mg): This ingredient works by inhibiting the production of certain substances known as prostaglandins that are responsible for inflammation, pain, and fever. Specifically, it blocks a key enzyme called cyclooxygenase (COX), and this action reduces the formation of thromboxane A2, a substance that stimulates clotting of blood.
• Prasugrel (10 mg): This component is an antiplatelet medicine that acts on the platelets in your blood. It inhibits a receptor called P2Y12 on the surface of platelets. By doing this, it prevents a substance called adenosine diphosphate (ADP) from activating the platelets and causing them to clump together into a blood clot. This action results in a prolonged antiplatelet effect, reducing the risk of heart attack or stroke.
