Domperidone (30 Mg) + Pantoprazole (40 Mg)

Pantodac DSR Capsule is used to treat severe acid reflux where the patient also feels bloated, sick, or like food is "sitting" in their stomach. It is highly effective for GERD that causes a burning throat and nausea. This medication provides a "full-system" digestive fix by stopping the acid burn and making sure your stomach empties properly.

This treatment combines Pantoprazole and Domperidone. Pantoprazole (a PPI) lowers the acid production in the stomach for 24 hours. Domperidone is a "prokinetic" that helps the stomach muscles move food down into the intestines faster. The "SR" (Sustained Release) format ensures the Domperidone works throughout the day to prevent nausea and bloating.

This capsule must be taken on an empty stomach, usually 30 minutes before your first meal. Swallow it whole with water. Consult your doctor if you have heart rhythm issues or severe liver disease before starting this medication.

Pantodac DSR Capsule is used to manage acid-related disorders such as peptic ulcers, reflux esophagitis, and gastroesophageal reflux disease. It helps reduce excessive acid production while easing symptoms like heartburn, nausea, vomiting, and indigestion. This capsule is also used in conditions where abnormal acid secretion occurs, including Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.

Swallow the capsule as a whole with a glass of water.
Do not crush or chew the capsule.
Do not exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.

Pantodac DSR Capsule is taken orally.
