Oxybutyrin 2.5 Tablet 10 is used to manage urinary urgency and frequency.

Uses of Oxybutyrin 2.5 Tablet 10 are:

• Urinary Urgency and Frequency: Reduces the sudden, frequent urge to urinate and episodes of leakage.
• Neurogenic Bladder: Helps manage bladder instability linked to neurogenic or reflex neurogenic bladder.
• Painful Urination: Eases painful urination (dysuria) caused by an overactive bladder.

• Take Oxybutyrin 2.5 Tablet 10 orally with a glass of water, with or without food, as directed by your doctor.
• Swallow the tablet whole without crushing or chewing.
• Try to take the medicine at the same time every day for maximum benefit.
• Follow your doctor’s instructions carefully and do not adjust the dose yourself.

Oxybutyrin 2.5 Tablet 10 contains the following active component:

• Oxybutynin (2.5 mg): Oxybutynin is an anticholinergic and antispasmodic medicine. It blocks muscarinic receptors in the detrusor muscle of the bladder, reducing involuntary contractions. This leads to improved bladder storage capacity and decreases urgency and frequency of urination.

• Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.

• Avoid bladder irritants such as caffeinated drinks, alcohol, carbonated beverages, and citrus juices.
