Olparib 100mg Tablet 60 is used for the following:

• Treatment of advanced ovarian cancer

• Management of breast cancer with BRCA gene mutations

• Certain cases of pancreatic and prostate cancers

• Maintenance therapy after response to platinum-based chemotherapy

• Treatment of cancers associated with DNA repair deficiencies (e.g. BRCA mutations)

Follow these instructions while taking Olparib 100mg Tablet 60:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Take this medicine at approximately the same time each day.

• You can take this tablet with or without food.

• Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet.
