Niosalic Lotion 50ml is used to soothe skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis, and lichen planus. It helps reduce inflammation, itching, and discomfort, which may help relieve inflammatory skin symptoms and support healing in corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses.

• Always ensure your hands are clean before touching the lotion.

The activity of this lotion is attributed to two active ingredients:

• Clobetasol Propionate (0.05%): This potent synthetic fluorinated corticosteroid shows effective anti-inflammatory and antipruritic properties. Its function involves inducing proteins known as lipocortins that inhibit phospholipase A2, an enzyme involved in producing inflammation mediators such as prostaglandins and leukotrienes. By preventing the release of arachidonic acid, which is a precursor for these mediators, clobetasol propionate reduces inflammation and relieves symptoms associated with skin disorders.
• Salicylic Acid (3%): Acting as a keratolytic agent, salicylic acid helps soften and loosen dry or thickened skin, facilitating easy shedding. It enhances moisture in the skin and dissolves the intercellular cement that holds skin cells together. This action promotes skin exfoliation, unclogs pores, and aids in healing skin lesions.

• Store Niosalic Lotion 50ml at a normal room temperature, ideally around 20° to 25°C.
