Nadimin M2 Cream 10Gm

Nadimin M2 Cream 10gm is used to treat fungal, bacterial and inflammatory skin conditions, reducing infection and easing associated redness, swelling and itching.

Uses of Nadimin M2 Cream 10gm are:

• Fungal and Bacterial Skin Infections: Treats infections caused by these organisms.
• Inflammatory Skin Conditions: Reduces redness, swelling and itching linked to skin inflammation.

• Make sure the affected skin area is clean and dry before applying the cream.

Nadimin M2 Cream 10gm is applied topically.

Nadimin M2 Cream 10gm contains the following components:

• Miconazole (2 %): Miconazole acts as an antifungal agent, stopping the growth of fungi. It achieves this by inhibiting the production of a substance called ergosterol, crucial for the structure of fungal cell membranes. Lack of ergosterol disrupts the cell membranes, causing leakage of cellular contents and leading to the death of the fungi.
• Mometasone (0.1 %): Mometasone is a corticosteroid. It works by binding to certain receptors inside cells and changing the way these cells behave. This, in turn, results in reduced production of substances that trigger inflammation, itching, redness, and swelling in the skin.
• Nadifloxacin (1 %): Nadifloxacin, being a fluoroquinolone antibiotic, targets bacteria causing infections. It interferes with two important bacterial enzymes called DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV. By disrupting these enzymes, it hinders the bacterial DNA replication process, thereby killing the bacteria and clearing up the infection.

• Nadimin M2 Cream 10gm should be stored at room temperature, at 25°C.
