Mucogen 100 MG Tablet 10

Mucogen 100 MG Tablet is used in the treatment of gastric ulcers, gastric mucosal lesions, acute gastritis, and flare-ups of chronic gastritis. It helps protect the stomach lining, promotes healing of damaged gastric tissue, and reduces inflammation and irritation caused by excess acid or injury to the stomach mucosa.

• Swallow the tablet with a whole glass of water 
• Do not crush or chew the tablet, as this may affect the way the medication is absorbed into the body 
• Take the tablet at a fixed time. This will maintain the levels of medication in the blood. 

Mucogen 100 MG Tablet should be taken orally. 

Mucogen 100 MG Tablet contains the following component:

• Rebapimide (100 mg): It is a gastroprotective agent that acts by increasing the synthesis of prostaglandins in the gastric mucosa, thereby protecting the gastric mucosa from injury.

• Store this medicine at room temperature (15-25ºC).
• Protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep Mucogen 100 MG Tablet away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Do not lie down immediately after eating, as this may lead to acid reflux.
• Stop smoking. 
• Quit alcohol, as alcohol tends to increase the stomach’s acid production.
• Sitting posture for longer times leads to acidity. Just walk for 5 minutes for every 30 minutes of sitting posture.
• Changes in blood parameters may happen due to the intake of Mucogen 100 MG Tablet. Regularly monitor your blood parameters if you are using this tablet for long-term.
