Lobate Skin Cream can interact with diseases including:

• Rosacea: The cream's corticosteroid component (clobetasol propionate) can worsen rosacea symptoms.
• Acne vulgaris: The corticosteroid in the cream can exacerbate acne by potentially causing or worsening acneiform eruptions. 
• Perioral dermatitis: Clobetasol propionate may worsen perioral dermatitis.
• Perianal and genital pruritus: This cream may exacerbate the existing condition.
• Primary cutaneous viral infections (e.g., herpes simplex, chickenpox): This cream can potentially worsen the viral infection.
• Otitis externa with a perforated eardrum: This cream poses a risk of ototoxicity (damage to the ear) when used in cases of otitis externa with a perforated eardrum. 
• Diabetes mellitus: The systemic absorption of topical corticosteroids can worsen diabetes mellitus.
• High blood glucose: The systemic absorption of topical corticosteroids can further increase blood glucose levels.
• Cushing's syndrome (an abnormal condition that is caused by excess hormones (Corticosteroids): The systemic absorption of topical corticosteroids can worsen this condition.
• HPA axis suppression: Clobetasol, the active ingredient in this cream, can suppress the hypothalamic-pituitary- adrenal (HPA) axis.

Apply Lobate Skin Cream as directed by a doctor. The dosage may change based on individual factors such as the severity of the condition and response to treatment. It is important to follow the prescribed dosage and not exceed it without consulting your doctor. 

Acute overdosage is very unlikely to occur. However, the prolonged use of Lobate Skin Cream can result in the absorption of corticosteroids in the blood. It can also cause thinning of the skin. Therefore, this cream should be used for the shortest duration as the doctor directs.

You may apply the missed dose of Lobate Skin Cream as soon as you remember and continue with your regular dosing schedule.
