Latobest Eye Drops 2.5ml are used for the following:

• Improving drainage of eye fluid

• Lowering intraocular pressure in glaucoma patients

• Wash your hands thoroughly before instilling the drops.

• Remove contact lenses before using the drops.

• Tilt your head back slightly and pull down your lower eyelid.

• Hold the dropper above your eye and squeeze one drop into the pocket formed by the eyelid.

• Close your eyes gently for 1-2 minutes after application.

• Press your finger against the inner corner of your eye to prevent drainage.

• Wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting contact lenses.

• Avoid touching the dropper tip to prevent contamination.

• Benzalkonium Chloride (0.02%): This ingredient functions as a preservative in the eye drop formulation. It prevents bacterial contamination of the solution by disrupting bacterial cell membranes, which helps maintain the sterility of the eye drops throughout their use.
