Korandil 48 MG Injection 1 is used in adults for the management of angina pectoris, a condition characterised by chest pain due to reduced blood flow to the heart. This medicine belongs to the class of medicines known as vasodilators.
It is prescribed to reduce both the frequency and severity of angina episodes by improving blood supply to the heart. This treatment is particularly beneficial in patients who cannot tolerate, or are not adequately managed with, beta-blockers or calcium channel blockers. It is not intended for the immediate relief of acute angina attacks.
Before beginning therapy, your doctor will evaluate your heart function, blood pressure levels, and general health status. The treatment regimen, including dosage and duration, will be tailored to your needs. If you experience unusual symptoms or side effects during treatment, consult your doctor immediately.
