Alcohol can increase the blood pressure-lowering effects of Korandil 48 MG Injection 1, leading to dizziness and fainting. Avoid alcohol consumption during treatment.

Patients with liver impairment should use Korandil 48 MG Injection 1 with caution, as metabolism of the medicine may be affected. Close monitoring is advised.

Severe kidney impairment requires caution, as nicorandil elimination may be altered. Dose adjustments and regular monitoring may be necessary.

Korandil 48 MG Injection 1 may cause dizziness, light-headedness, or drowsiness, especially at the start of therapy. Avoid driving, cycling, or operating heavy machinery until you know how it affects you.

Do not take Korandil 48 MG Injection 1 if you are allergic to nicorandil or any of its components. Signs of allergy include rash, itching, swelling, difficulty breathing, or severe dizziness. Immediate medical attention is required in such cases.

Korandil 48 MG Injection 1 is not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
