These drops help alleviate symptoms such as difficulty breathing, coughing, and chest tightness by clearing thick mucus from the airways. They also provide relief in cases of acute respiratory disorders with thick mucus and chronic respiratory conditions involving bronchospasms.

Administer Kofarest-PD Drops to your child as follows:

• The drops can be given undiluted or mixed with a small amount of water if needed.

Kofarest-PD Drops contain three active ingredients that work together to manage respiratory conditions:

• Levosalbutamol (0.25 mg): A beta2-adrenergic receptor agonist, levosalbutamol relaxes the smooth muscles in the bronchial tubes. This leads to bronchodilation with minimal systemic side effects compared to similar medicines.

• Ambroxol (7.5 mg): This component acts as a mucolytic agent reducing the viscosity of mucus and promoting its clearance. It stimulates the production and release of a substance called surfactant from specific cells in the lungs. Ambroxol also has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
