Ivaren 5 Tablet is used to manage chronic stable angina and chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction in adults, by selectively slowing the heart rate to reduce the heart's workload.

• Chronic Stable Angina: Helps manage chest pain in adults with stable angina.
• Heart Failure: Helps manage chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction.
• Heart Rate Control: Helps reduce the resting heart rate in eligible patients.

• When you take Ivaren 5 Tablet, swallow it whole.
• Don't try to crush or break it.
• You can take this tablet with or without food. To get the best results, try to take the tablet at the same time every day. This helps keep things consistent.

Ivaren 5 Tablet contains the following component:

• Ivabradine (5 mg): It is a hyperpolarization-activated cyclic nucleotide-gated channel blocker that helps control your heart rate. Your heart has a natural pacemaker called the SA node. Ivabradine sends signals to make your heart beat regularly. It works by slowing down these signals. Slowing down these signals is helpful because it can lower your heart rate. This is important if your heart beats too fast, especially when it is not supposed to.
