Iopar-SR Capsule is used to treat glaucoma by reducing intraocular pressure, preventing damage to the optic nerve, and preserving vision. Here's how you should take Iopar-SR Capsule:

• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush, chew or open the capsule as it interferes with the slow release properties of this medicine.

• Take your doses at evenly spaced times throughout the day. It's best to take your last dose in the early evening to avoid waking up at night due to increased urination.

Iopar-SR Capsule contains Acetazolamide (250 mg), which acts on the body as follows:
