Halox F Cream 10gm

Halox F Cream is used to treat eczema, psoriasis, lichen planus, and allergic skin rashes. It also helps control secondary bacterial infections in inflamed skin, reducing redness, itching, and swelling while promoting healing of affected areas.

You should use Halox F Cream as follows:

• Ensure the affected skin area is clean and dry prior to application.

• Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area daily.

• Gently massage it into your skin until fully absorbed.

• Wash your hands thoroughly before and after application to prevent the spread of infection.

• Be careful to avoid contact with eyes, nostrils and mouth.

• Consult your doctor for specific advice.

Halox F Cream is applied topically.

Halox F Cream contains two active components:

• Halobetasol propionate (0.05%): As a high-potency corticosteroid, halobetasol has anti-inflammatory, antipruritic and vasoconstrictive actions. It reduces inflammation by suppressing the migration of inflammatory cells, reversing capillary permeability and stabilising cell membranes. This action helps relieve redness, swelling and itching associated with inflammatory skin conditions.

• Fusidic acid (2%): This antibiotic component stops the growth of bacteria by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis. Specifically effective against Staphylococcus aureus, a common skin pathogen, fusidic acid controls bacterial infection, allowing the skin to heal.

Together, these ingredients work synergistically to reduce skin inflammation and clear up bacterial infections on the skin.

• Store Halox F Cream at room temperature, ideally below 25°C.

• Safeguard it from direct heat and moisture.

• Ensure the tube is tightly closed when not in use.

• This cream should be kept out of the reach of children.
