Grilinctus LS Syrup contains the following components:

• Levosalbutamol sulphate (1mg): It is a bronchodilator which helps relax and widen the muscles in the airways. It works to relax the airways regardless of the trigger, protecting the narrowing of the airways. 
• Ambroxol Hydrochloride (30 mg): It is a mucolytic agent that helps thin and loosen the respiratory tract's mucus. Promoting the production of a thinner, more manageable mucus facilitates easier expectoration, relieving congestion and cough associated with respiratory conditions.
• Guaifenesin (50 mg): It is an expectorant that helps to increase the volume and reduce the viscosity of respiratory secretions. It irritates certain receptors in the stomach, which triggers reflexes that cause the glands to produce a thinner and less sticky mucus. As a result, the thicker mucus blocking the small airways may be flushed out, temporarily improving breathing difficulties and shortness of breath.
