Otrivin Baby Saline Nasal Spray is used for cleansing and moisturising the nasal passages of babies and infants. Formulated with Sodium Chloride and Aloe Vera Extract, it helps soften thick mucus and nasal crusts, making them easier to clear. Spray:

• Clean nose, remove the bottle cap.
• Lean forward, insert the nozzle into the nostril.
• Squeeze the bottle hard in the centre once and breathe in gently.
• Remove the nozzle from the nostril and then release the pressure on the bottle.
• Repeat for the other nostril and replace the cap after use.
• Children > 2 years, use 1-2 spray or drops per nostril as needed.
• The usual frequency of use is 2 to 4 times a day per nostril or as advised by the doctor.

Drops:

• Clean the nose, remove the bottle cap.
• Tilt the head backwards.
• Apply drops into the nostril without the nozzle touching the nose and remain still for a short time.
• If the drop misses the nose completely, repeat the dose.
• Repeat for the other nostril.
• For children above 2 weeks and up to 2 years with adult supervision, instil 1-2 drops into each nostril as needed.

• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Store in a cool and dry place.
• Do not use it if the cap seal is broken.
• Please consult your paediatrician before beginning any treatment. The frequency and duration of treatment should be strictly according to the advice of the doctor. 
• Seek medical advice before using Otrivin Baby Saline in an infant less than 2 weeks old. 
• For children below 11 years, Otrivin Baby Saline should be used under adult supervision.
