• Renal function impairing medicines: Medicines such as cimetidine, which affect kidney function or change the acid-base balance in your body, may heighten the risk of lactic acidosis when taken with Glyciphage 850 Tablet 10.

Glyciphage 850 Tablet 10 interacts with the following diseases:

• Renal impairment: Patients with severe renal dysfunction (eGFR below 30 mL/min/1.73 m²) should not take Glyciphage 850 Tablet 10 as it can exacerbate their condition.

• Metabolic acidosis: People suffering from acute or chronic metabolic acidosis, including diabetic ketoacidosis, should avoid this medication as it could worsen their condition.
