CompositionGrilinctus-BM Tablet is used to manage productive cough and chest congestion in conditions such as chronic bronchitis, asthma, COPD, bronchiectasis, and emphysema. It thins mucus and opens narrowed airways to make breathing easier and coughing more effective.
It combines bromhexine, a mucolytic that breaks down thick mucus in the respiratory tract, with terbutaline, a bronchodilator that relaxes the bronchial muscles to open up constricted airways. This dual action clears mucus while simultaneously improving airflow.
Take the tablet as directed by your doctor, usually with food to reduce stomach discomfort. Drinking plenty of fluids helps the mucolytic component work more effectively. Do not take more than the prescribed dose.
Mild tremors and palpitations may occur due to the salbutamol component. Tell your doctor about any heart conditions, thyroid disease, or if you are taking other bronchodilators or stimulants.
