Management of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults
Assisting diet and exercise in controlling high blood sugar levels
Reduction of the risk of cardiovascular events such as heart attack and stroke in patients with type 2 diabetes and established cardiovascular disease
Use in patients already being treated with empagliflozin and metformin as separate tablets

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Do not crush, cut or chew the tablet.
If you forget a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it's nearly time for your next dose, in which case skip the missed dose and continue your regular schedule.
