Galirex Syrup comprises three active ingredients that work together to provide relief from cold and flu symptoms:

• Cetirizine (5 mg): This second-generation antihistamine selectively inhibits peripheral H1 receptors. By blocking histamine action, it reduces allergy symptoms such as runny nose, sneezing, itching, and watery eyes.
