Fluticone-OX Nasal Spray is used to manage seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis. It helps relieve symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, itchy nose, and watery eyes by reducing inflammation in the nasal passages, improving overall nasal comfort and breathing.

Follow these instructions while using Fluticone-OX Nasal Spray:

• Shake the bottle well before each use.

• Prime the spray pump before the initial use by actuating it until a fine mist appears.

• Administer the appropriate number of sprays into each nostril as per your doctor's advice.

• Avoid spraying directly onto your nasal septum or into your eyes.

• If you haven't used the product for 30 days or if the cap has been off for 5 days or longer, re-prime with spray or until a fine mist appears.

Fluticone-OX Nasal Spray is administered nasally.

Fluticone-OX Nasal Spray consists of two active ingredients:

• Fluticasone Furoate (27.5 mcg): As a synthetic corticosteroid, fluticasone furoate has strong anti-inflammatory properties. It works by inhibiting various cell types (like mast cells, eosinophils, basophils, lymphocytes, macrophages, and neutrophils) and mediators (such as histamine, eicosanoids, leukotrienes, and cytokines) that participate in the allergic response.

• Oxymetazoline (50 mcg): This component is an imidazoline derivative and alpha-adrenergic agonist that acts as a decongestant. It works by constricting the dilated blood vessels in the nasal passages. This action helps reduce nasal congestion and swelling of the nasal mucous membranes.

• Keep Fluticone-OX Nasal Spray safely stored not exceeding 30°C.

• It must not be frozen or kept in the fridge.

• For optimal use, give the bottle a good shake before each spray.

• Ensure it is out of reach and sight of children.

• If you suffer from allergic rhinitis, try to avoid exposure to allergens like dust mites, pet dander, or pollen as much as possible. Regular cleaning and maintaining good indoor air quality can help.

• Incorporate foods high in omega-3 fatty acids like fish, walnuts and flaxseeds in your diet. They are known to reduce inflammation and could possibly ease your allergy symptoms.
