Flusid-B Cream is used to manage inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema and dermatitis, reducing redness, swelling, and itching while treating any accompanying bacterial infection.

Uses of Flusid-B Cream are:

• Eczema and Dermatitis: Reduces inflammation, redness, and itching in infected skin conditions.
• Bacterial Skin Infection: Clears infections caused by bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pyogenes.

To use Flusid-B Cream properly, follow these steps:

• Clean and dry the area of the skin where the cream will be applied.
• Apply a thin layer of the cream onto the affected skin area.
• Massage gently until the cream is completely absorbed into the skin.
• Avoid covering treated areas with bandages or other tight coverings.
• Always wash your hands after applying, unless your hands are being treated.

Flusid-B Cream contains two active ingredients:

• Fusidic acid (0.20 %): This bacteriostatic antibiotic works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis. It prevents the translocation of the elongation factor G (EF-G) from the ribosome, thus inhibiting bacterial growth.
• Beclomethasone dipropionate (0.10 %): This potent corticosteroid exerts anti-inflammatory, antipruritic and vasoconstrictive actions. It works by suppressing the inflammatory reactions in your body through inhibiting the release of inflammatory mediators.

• Store Flusid-B Cream at room temperature, ideally between 15°-25°C.
• Keep the cream in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Always ensure that the tube is tightly closed after use to prevent any contamination.
• Keep Flusid-B Cream out of reach of children for safety.
