• Terminalia Chebula (Haritaki): Known as the “king of medicines” in Ayurveda, Haritaki improves digestion, relieves constipation and supports a healthy metabolism. It is also known for its detoxifying properties.
   
• Embelia Ribes (Vidanga): Traditionally used for digestive health, Vidanga helps eliminate intestinal worms, supports gut function and helps maintain a healthy digestive system.
