Dronis 20 Tablet is primarily used for contraception by preventing ovulation and modifying the uterine lining. It is highly effective for birth control but does not protect against HIV or other STDs. This tablet should be taken as prescribed by a healthcare provider for optimal effectiveness.

To use Dronis 20 Tablet:

1. Take one tablet orally with water every day at the same time for 21 days.

2. After 21 days, take one light green inactive tablet daily for the next 7 days.

3. You can start taking the tablets on either day one of your menstrual cycle or on a Sunday.

4. If you vomit within 3-4 hours after taking the tablet, take another dose when you feel better.

The Dronis 20 Tablet is taken orally, which means it is swallowed with water. It is not to be taken by any other method.

Dronis 20 Tablet contains two active ingredients: ethinyl estradiol and drospirenone.

• Ethinyl estradiol works by inhibiting ovulation, preventing the release of an egg from the ovaries.
• Drospirenone helps by making it harder for sperm to reach and fertilise the egg.
