Doxinate Plus Tablet contains three active ingredients, doxylamine (10 mg), folic acid (2.5 mg) and vitamin B6/pyridoxine (10 mg) that work in the following way:

• Doxylamine (10 mg): This works by blocking the effects of histamine, a substance in your body that can cause nausea and vomiting. It also influences certain chemicals in the brain like acetylcholine and serotonin that play a role in the vomiting process.
