CYBLEX MV 40.3 TABLET 15 may interact with the following medicines:

• Antihypertensive medicines (Atenolol, Propranolol): Taking these medicines together may mask warning signs of low blood sugar, such as palpitations or tremors. Your doctor may advise careful blood sugar monitoring during treatment.
• Antidiabetic medicines (Insulin): Concurrent use may increase the risk of hypoglycaemia. Dose adjustment and regular blood glucose monitoring may be required.
• Antitubercular medicines (Rifampicin): Rifampicin may reduce the blood sugar-lowering effect of gliclazide by increasing medicine metabolism. Your doctor may monitor blood glucose levels and adjust treatment if required.
• Antiepileptic medicines (Phenytoin): Concurrent use may alter blood glucose control and reduce the effectiveness of antidiabetic treatment in some patients. Monitoring may be required.
• Antifungal medicines (Miconazole): Taking these medicines together may significantly increase the risk of severe hypoglycaemia. Close medical supervision may be required during combined treatment.

CYBLEX MV 40.3 TABLET 15 should be used with caution if you have:

• Heart disease or heart failure: Patients with severe heart disease may have a higher risk of lactic acidosis associated with metformin-containing medicines.
• Diabetic ketoacidosis: CYBLEX MV 40.3 TABLET 15 should not be used in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis because this condition requires urgent insulin-based treatment.
• Malnutrition or prolonged fasting: Patients with poor nutritional intake or prolonged fasting may have an increased risk of hypoglycaemia during treatment.
• Gastrointestinal disorders: Voglibose may worsen abdominal bloating, intestinal discomfort, or bowel-related symptoms in susceptible patients.

Overdose of CYBLEX MV 40.3 TABLET 15 may cause severe hypoglycaemia, confusion, sweating, shakiness, breathing difficulty, or lactic acidosis. Seek immediate medical attention if you accidentally take more than the prescribed dose.

If you forget to take a dose of CYBLEX MV 40.3 TABLET 15, take it as soon as you remember with food. If it is nearly time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular schedule. Do not take extra doses to compensate for the missed dose.
