Tell your doctor about any liver problems, bleeding problems, stomach ulcers, or other medicines you take before starting. Because it makes bleeding more likely, report any unusual bleeding, and mention persistent muscle pain or weakness. Avoid large amounts of grapefruit juice, which can affect this medicine.
