Stugeron Plus Tablet is used to manage symptoms of vertigo and motion sickness.

Uses of Stugeron Plus Tablet are:

• Vertigo Relief: Relieves dizziness and the spinning sensation associated with vertigo.
• Nausea and Vomiting: Helps control nausea and vomiting linked to vertigo.
• Motion Sickness: Helps prevent and manage symptoms of motion sickness during travel.

Here are some instructions to follow when taking Stugeron Plus Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Avoid crushing or chewing it.

• The medicine should be taken as directed by your doctor.

• Do not take more than the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.

• It's important not to stop taking this medicine without speaking to your doctor first.

Stugeron Plus Tablet is taken orally.

Stugeron Plus Tablet contains two active ingredients that work together to manage symptoms of vertigo:

• Cinnarizine (20 mg): This component is an antihistamine and calcium channel blocker. It prevents the constriction of blood vessels in your inner ear, thereby improving blood flow and circulation. This action helps reduce symptoms associated with vertigo.
• Dimenhydrinate (40 mg): This ingredient is an antihistamine that blocks the action of histamine. Histamine is a chemical messenger in your body that can trigger symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and dizziness when it gets activated.

• Store Stugeron Plus Tablet at room temperature, between 15 to 30°C.

• Keep it in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

• Ensure you place the medicine out of sight and reach of children.

• Always use the tablet before its expiry date.

• If you are prone to vertigo attacks triggered by certain foods, try to identify these triggers and avoid them. Common culprits can include caffeine, alcohol, and foods high in salt or sugar.

• Regular gentle exercises such as yoga or tai chi can help improve your balance and stability, reducing the risk of dizziness or falls associated with vertigo.
