Castor Eye/Ear Drops is used to treat susceptible bacterial infections of the eye or ear. It helps clear the infection and reduce symptoms such as redness, discharge, irritation, and discomfort.
It contains ciprofloxacin, an antibiotic, and benzalkonium chloride, which helps preserve the solution. Use it only in the affected eye or ear as prescribed by your doctor. Avoid touching the dropper tip, and complete the prescribed course even if symptoms improve.
Wash your hands before and after use. Do not share the bottle, and avoid contact lenses during an eye infection unless your doctor says they are safe to use.
Tell your doctor about any allergies, other eye or ear medicines, or a damaged eardrum before use. Speak to your doctor if symptoms do not improve, pain increases, or your vision or hearing changes.
