Budepress Respules are used in the following conditions:

• Maintenance treatment for individuals with asthma: It helps control and prevent asthma symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, coughing, and chest tightness. 
• Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD): A common lung disease that blocks the airflow, making it difficult to breathe.
• Wheezing: A high-pitched whistling sound while breathing caused by narrowed airways.
• Chest Discomfort: Feeling of tightness or pain in the chest due to restricted airflow.

• Tear one respule from the combipack.
• Twist off the top of one respules vial and squeeze all the liquid into the nebuliser reservoir.
• Connect the nebuliser reservoir to the mouthpiece or face mask.
• Turn on the nebuliser.
• Put on the face mask or place the mouthpiece in your mouth.
• Sit in an upright, comfortable position.
• Breathe deeply for about 5 to 15 minutes until the mist stops forming in the nebuliser chamber.
• Do not swallow the solution.

Budepress Respules are inhaled orally.

Budepress Respules contains the following ingredients:

• Budesonide (0.5 mg). It is a corticosteroid that decreases swelling and irritation in the airways to allow for easier breathing. By decreasing inflammation, it helps prevent exacerbations and symptoms of asthma.
• Formoterol Fumarate (20 mcg): Formoterol fumarate belongs to a group of medicines called bronchodilators. It works by relaxing the muscles in your airways, making it easier for you to breathe. It achieves this by stimulating beta2-adrenergic receptors present in the lungs, resulting in the relaxation of bronchial smooth muscle.

• Store this medicine at a temperature below 30 ºC.
• Do not freeze.
• Keep Budepress Respules away from children.

• If you're a smoker, quit smoking to manage asthma symptoms.
• Keep your living environment clean, and consider using air purifiers if necessary.
• Avoid exposure to smoke, strong odours, and chemical fumes, as they can irritate the airways and trigger bronchospasm. 
• Learn and practice breathing techniques to improve your lung function and control breathlessness. Consult your doctor to learn about breathing exercises.
