Biodib M 15mg Tablet ER is used as second-line treatment for type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults when diet, exercise and single-medicine therapy do not achieve adequate blood sugar control.

Uses of Biodib M 15mg Tablet ER are:

• Type 2 Diabetes: Helps control fasting and post-meal blood glucose levels.

Follow these instructions while taking Biodib M 15 Tablet 10:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not stop taking this medicine suddenly without consulting your doctor.

Biodib M 15 Tablet 10 contains two active ingredients that work together to control blood glucose levels:

• Pioglitazone (15 mg): Acting as a peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-gamma (PPAR-γ) agonist, it improves insulin sensitivity in fat tissue, skeletal muscle, and the liver, enabling your body to use insulin more efficiently.

• Metformin (500 mg): This is a biguanide that enhances insulin sensitivity in peripheral tissues such as muscles, allowing your cells to absorb and use glucose more effectively.

• Store Biodib M 15 Tablet 10 at room temperature (below 30°C).

• Keep the tablets in their original container and protected from light and moisture.

• Store in a dry place away from direct heat or sunlight.

• Keep all medicines out of sight and reach of children.

• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date printed on the packaging.
