Bilahist M 20/10mg Tablet is used to relieve seasonal allergy symptoms and help manage allergic asthma in adults, easing nasal and eye symptoms and wheezing.

Uses of Bilahist M 20/10mg Tablet are:

• Seasonal Allergies: Eases a blocked or runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.
• Allergic Asthma: Helps reduce chest tightness and wheezing triggered by allergens.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• This medicine can be taken with or without food.
• If you experience an upset stomach, taking the tablet with food may help.

Bilahist M Tablet 10 is a combination medicine that includes two active ingredients:

• Bilastine (20 mg): This non-sedating antihistamine selectively binds to H1 histamine receptors in your body. Histamine is a natural chemical released during allergic reactions causing symptoms like itching, sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes. By blocking histamine action, bilastine helps manage these allergy symptoms.
• Montelukast (10 mg): Belonging to a class of medicines called leukotriene receptor antagonists (LTRAs), montelukast works by blocking the action of leukotrienes. These are inflammatory chemicals released during an asthma attack or allergic reaction, causing airways to narrow and swell up, leading to difficulty breathing, chest tightness, and wheezing. Montelukast helps keep the airways open by blocking leukotriene receptors and preventing airway inflammation.

• Keep Bilahist M Tablet 10 in its original packaging to protect it from light and moisture.
• Store the medicine at a comfortable room temperature, ideally below 30°C.
