• Remove the mouthpiece cap and hold the Autohaler upright.
• Raise the lever as instructed to prepare the inhaler for use.
• Breathe out gently, away from the inhaler.
• Place the mouthpiece between your lips and inhale slowly and deeply through your mouth. The inhaler will automatically release the medicine as you breathe in.
• Hold your breath for about 5–10 seconds, then breathe out slowly.
• Lower the lever, replace the cap, and, if using a corticosteroid-containing medication, rinse your mouth after use.
