S-amlodipine (2.5 Mg) + Telmisartan (40 Mg)

Controlling blood pressure in adults
Reducing the risk of strokes
Lowering the risk of heart attacks
Prevention of fatal cardiovascular events
Management of hypertension uncontrolled by single medicines
Decreasing peripheral resistance in blood vessels

Follow these instructions while taking Asomex-TM Tablet:

Take the tablet daily with a glass of water.
Swallow the tablet whole without chewing, crushing, or breaking it.
