Arniv 100 Tablet 15 contains two active ingredients:

• Sacubitril (49 mg): This component inhibits neprilysin. Neprilysin is an enzyme that breaks down natriuretic peptides. These peptides help relax blood vessels, increase sodium and water excretion and reduce strain on the heart. By inhibiting neprilysin, sacubitril increases the levels of these beneficial peptides.

• Valsartan (51 mg): As an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), valsartan works by blocking the action of angiotensin II. This hormone causes blood vessels to narrow and increases blood pressure and fluid retention. By blocking angiotensin II receptors, valsartan helps relax blood vessels, reduce blood pressure and decrease the workload on the heart.
