Alaspan Tablet may interact with the following medications:

• Antifungal Agents: Use of Alaspan Tablet with antifungal agents such as ketoconazole, fluconazole, or itraconazole can increase loratadine plasma concentrations due to the inhibition of its metabolism, which may enhance the risk of QT interval prolongation and other side effects.
• Macrolide Antibiotics: Co-administration of Alaspan Tablet with macrolide antibiotics like erythromycin, clarithromycin, or azithromycin may elevate loratadine levels in the blood, potentially leading to increased side effects such as headache, drowsiness, and palpitations.
• CYP3A4/CYP2D6 Inhibitors: Using Alaspan Tablet alongside CYP3A4 or CYP2D6 inhibitors such as cimetidine or fluoxetine can result in higher loratadine concentrations in the bloodstream, increasing the likelihood of adverse reactions, including sedation and gastrointestinal disturbances.

There are no known specific food interactions with Alaspan Tablet.

Alaspan Tablet interacts with the following diseases:

• Liver Disease: Patients with severe liver problems should use Alaspan Tablet cautiously.
• Kidney Disease: Alaspan Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease.
