• Remove the cap of the device.
• Hold the device vertically and open the base to load a capsule.
• Insert the capsule in the capsule chamber.
• Close the base until it clicks.
• Press both side buttons once to pierce the capsule.
• Breathe out fully away from the mouthpiece.
• Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and inhale deeply through the mouth.
• Hold your breath for 10 seconds or as long as comfortable.
• Open the base and remove the used capsule. Close the base and replace the cap.

Cleaning Methods:
