Ziten-M Tablet contains two active ingredients:

It also improves insulin sensitivity, which increases the uptake and utilisation of glucose in your body's peripheral tissues. Importantly, metformin does not induce hypoglycaemia or excessively high insulin levels.

• Teneligliptin (20 mg): This ingredient is a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor. It slows down the breakdown of incretin hormones, which are substances that increase insulin release from pancreatic beta cells when glucose levels are high. It also reduces glucagon secretion from pancreatic alpha cells, another hormone that raises blood sugar levels.
