Zerograin-10 Tablet is used to prevent recurrent migraines and manage symptoms such as aura, dizziness, vertigo, and one-sided weakness, helping reduce the frequency and severity of migraine attacks.

Here's how you should take Zerograin 10 Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Aim to take the tablet at the same time each day, preferably at night.

• If you forget a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it's nearly time for your next dose. In that case, skip the missed dose. Do not double up on doses.

Zerograin 10 Tablet contains flunarizine (10 mg), which acts on your body through the following mechanisms:

• Calcium Channel Blocker: Flunarizine acts as a selective calcium channel blocker. It blocks the entry of calcium into neurons, thereby reducing their excitability. By doing so, it helps prevent abnormal dilation of blood vessels in the brain that can trigger migraines.

• Antihistamine Activity: In addition to blocking calcium channels, flunarizine also binds to calmodulin and exhibits antihistamine activity at the H1 receptor. This helps in preventing migraines and managing vertigo by reducing inflammation and promoting normal blood flow in the brain.

• Store Zerograin 10 Tablet in a cool, dry place, ideally at room temperature of about 25°C.

• Keep it away from direct sunlight and moisture to protect its potency.
