 Zedex Sf Plus 5/2/15 MG Syrup 100 ML is used for the following:

• Relief from symptoms of the common cold
• Providing relief from the symptoms of allergic rhinitis
• Reducing sneezing and runny nose triggered by allergies
• Suppressing dry, non-productive coughs
• Relieving stuffy nose and sinus congestion due to swollen nasal membranes

Administer  Zedex Sf Plus 5/2/15 MG Syrup 100 ML as follows:

• Use an accurate millilitre measuring device or spoon to measure the correct dose.
• The medicine can be taken with or without food.
• Shake the bottle well before each use.
• This medicine is sugar-based and needs caution for use in diabetic patients. If you have diabetes, consult your doctor before taking this medicine.
• Remember, you should continue to take this medication as directed by your doctor or package instructions, usually not exceeding 7 days.

 Zedex Sf Plus 5/2/15 MG Syrup 100 ML is taken orally.

 Zedex Sf Plus 5/2/15 MG Syrup 100 ML contains three active ingredients, each working differently:

• Chlorpheniramine Maleate (2 mg): As an antihistamine, chlorpheniramine maleate works by blocking histamine at H1-receptor sites in your body. Histamine is a substance released during an allergic reaction that can cause inflammation such as redness, swelling, and itching.
• Dextromethorphan (15 mg): This ingredient acts as a cough suppressant by working on the cough centre in the medulla of your brain. By doing this, dextromethorphan reduces the urge to cough.
• Phenylephrine (5 mg): Phenylephrine acts as a nasal decongestant by activating α-receptors on blood vessels, causing vasoconstriction. This action reduces blood flow and congestion in your nasal passages.

• Store  Zedex Sf Plus 5/2/15 MG Syrup 100 ML at a temperature below 30 °C.
• Keep the bottle tightly closed and protect it from light and moisture.
• Never refrigerate or freeze the syrup.
• Always keep the medicine out of reach of children.
• Ensure you discard any unused portion six months after opening.
• Use the medicine before its expiry date.
