Composition

Glimepiride (1 Mg) + Metformin (500 Mg)

Walaphage G 1 Tablet 15 is used to manage type 2 diabetes. It is a combination antidiabetic medicine containing glimepiride and metformin.

This medicine controls high blood sugar when a single medicine does not provide adequate control in people with type 2 diabetes.

Regular meals, a balanced diet and physical activity can support blood sugar control alongside this medicine.

Before starting, tell your doctor about your medical conditions and allergies. Tell the doctor about all other medicines, supplements or herbal products you take. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding. Attend any monitoring appointments advised by your doctor. Report persistent or serious side effects to your doctor. Do not stop taking or using the medicine unless your doctor advises you to do so.

Walaphage G 1 Tablet 15 is used to manage type 2 diabetes.

Uses of Walaphage G 1 Tablet 15 are:

Type 2 Diabetes: Controls high blood sugar when a single medicine does not provide adequate control.

Swallow the tablet as prescribed by your doctor, preferably with a meal or as instructed.
Avoid crushing or chewing the tablet.
Never take more than your doctor has recommended.
