Composition

Flupirtine (100 Mg) + Paracetamol/acetaminophen (325 Mg)

Vasfree P Tablet is used for short-term relief of acute pain when prescribed. It is a combination medicine containing flupirtine, a non-opioid analgesic, and paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic.

Flupirtine modulates neuronal potassium channels to reduce pain signalling, while paracetamol provides additional pain relief and reduces fever. This combination is not an NSAID and should not be described as an anti-inflammatory treatment.

Use this medicine only for the shortest duration advised by your doctor. Avoid alcohol and do not take other paracetamol-containing products at the same time.

Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have liver or kidney disease or take other medicines that can affect the liver. Seek medical advice promptly if you develop loss of appetite, persistent nausea, unusual tiredness, dark urine, or yellowing of the skin or eyes.
