• Domperidone (10 mg): This prokinetic agent works by blocking dopamine receptors in your gut. As a result, it promotes food movement through your digestive system, reducing feelings of nausea, bloating, and fullness. Additionally, it impedes the vomiting centre in your brain which further helps to alleviate nausea and vomiting.

• Pantoprazole (20 mg): As a proton pump inhibitor, pantoprazole inhibits an enzyme called H+/K+ ATPase or proton pump in your stomach. This action leads to decreased acid production in the stomach. By reducing stomach acid secretion, pantoprazole contributes towards healing damage to the stomach and oesophagus, preventing ulcers and relieving symptoms of acid reflux.
