Dydrohope Tablet is used to manage conditions related to low progesterone levels in women, including threatened or recurrent miscarriage, and infertility caused by luteal phase defects.
It contains dydrogesterone, a synthetic progestogen that closely matches the body's natural progesterone. Take it as prescribed, at the same time each day, and continue for the full course advised by your doctor, even if you feel well.
Attending all scheduled antenatal or gynaecology appointments, and keeping a record of your menstrual cycle or any bleeding, helps your doctor monitor your response to treatment.
Tell your doctor if you have any liver problems, a history of blood clots, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, before starting. Report any unusual or heavy vaginal bleeding, severe headache or leg swelling to your doctor promptly.
