Dydrohope Tablet 10

Dydrohope Tablet is used to manage conditions linked to low progesterone in women, including threatened or recurrent miscarriage, infertility due to luteal phase defects, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, endometriosis, premenstrual syndrome and as part of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) with oestrogen.

Uses of Dydrohope Tablet are:

• Miscarriage Prevention: Helps manage threatened or recurrent miscarriage linked to low progesterone.
• Fertility Support: Helps treat infertility caused by luteal phase defects.
• Menstrual and Uterine Conditions: Helps manage dysfunctional uterine bleeding, endometriosis and premenstrual syndrome (PMS).
• Hormone Replacement Therapy: Used alongside oestrogen as part of hormone replacement therapy (HRT).

Here's how to take Dydrohope Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with water.

• Do not chew or crush the tablet.

• The tablet can be taken with or without food.

• Never exceed the prescribed dose without consulting your doctor.

• Always remember that stopping this medicine without speaking to your doctor first might not be safe.

Dydrohope Tablet is taken orally.

Dydrohope Tablet contains dydrogesterone (10 mg) which acts on your body in the following ways:

• Binds to Progesterone Receptors: Dydrogesterone mimics the effects of natural progesterone by attaching itself to progesterone receptors within your body.

• Acts on Endometrium: The endometrium is a layer inside the uterus where a fertilised egg attaches and grows during pregnancy. Dydrogesterone helps prepare the endometrium for this implantation and maintains pregnancy.

• Exerts Anti-Oestrogenic Effects: Dydrogesterone also moderates the effects of estrogen, a hormone that controls many aspects of the menstrual cycle. This regulation helps prevent excessive growth of the endometrium.

• Store Dydrohope Tablet at room temperature, ideally between 15 to 30°C.

• Keep the medication in a dry place, away from light and moisture.

• Maintain the pills in their original packaging until it's time to take them.

• Always keep this medicine out of the reach of children.

• Ensure you use the product before its expiry date mentioned on the pack.

• If suffering from endometriosis, incorporate foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids like fish and flaxseeds into your diet. They can help reduce inflammation and manage symptoms effectively.

• Regular moderate exercise can help manage premenstrual syndrome (PMS) by reducing fatigue and improving mood. Consider including activities like walking, cycling, or yoga in your daily routine.
